Below are our rates for Off-Season and In-Season. The weekend rate may apply for holidays and special events if they fall on a weekday.

When sending e-mail for reservation inquiries, please be sure to provide us with the following information:

• Arrival and departure dates
• Number of guests
• Desired accommodations (select our Entire Home or the Sunlit or Woodhaven Suites)
• If breakfast is desired ($8/day per guest)
• Special needs
• Your name
• How and when we may best contact you?

Policies and procedures:

• City and state taxes will be applied to the published rates (currently 13.75%)
• Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out is 11am
• Smoke free environment inside. A $250.00 fee will be assessed if tobacco smoke is detected.
• Adults only, some exceptions apply
• Pets are not permitted
• Reservations will be guaranteed with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card
• Deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required to confirm all reservations.
• Your balance, less deposit, is payble upon check-in. You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash or check. Unless otherwise instructed, we will charge your credit card on file.
• If you should cancel a reservation 15 or more days before your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 booking fee.
• If you should cancel a reservation less than 15 days before your arrival date, you will be charged for each night we are unable to rebook your suite.
• No refund for early departure or no show
• Two night minimum stay, unless agreed upon otherwise
• Three night minimum stay will apply for some special holidays, events, and weekends
• All extras requested by guest will be billed separately.
